When your WebEx account is first created you will receive an e-mail from WebEx with your login username and password. If you have lost or deleted that e-mail follow these instructions to reset your WebEx password.
Note: Your WebEx username and password are separate from your Concordia username and password, they are NOT the same.
|1. Go to the URL: http://cune.webex.com and select ‘Login’ in the top right corner.|
|2. Next select ‘Forgot your Password?’.|
3. In the window that appears enter your WebEx username as well as the Text in the Image then click ‘Submit’.
Note: Your WebEx username is Firstname.Lastname@cune.edu.
4. Go to the URL: http://webmail.cune.edu and login with your Concordia username and password.
Find the e-mail that was sent to you by WebEx and click on the URL in the e-mail.
5. You will be taken to a page to set your password. You password must meet the requirements listed below:

Once you have set your password click ‘Submit’ and you should get a ‘Congratulations’ Message. You should now be able to login to Webex.
