How do I set or reset my WebEx password?

When your WebEx account is first created you will receive an e-mail from WebEx with your login username and password. If you have lost or deleted that e-mail follow these instructions to reset your WebEx password.

Note: Your WebEx username and password are separate from your Concordia username and password, they are NOT the same.

1. Go to the URL: and select ‘Login’ in the top right corner. Login 
2. Next select ‘Forgot your Password?’.  ForgotPassword

 3. In the window that appears enter your WebEx username as well as the Text in the Image then click ‘Submit’.

 4. Go to the URL: and login with your Concordia username and password.

Find the e-mail that was sent to you by WebEx and click on the URL in the e-mail.

5. You will be taken to a page to set your password. You password must meet the requirements listed below:

Must contain:

  • At least 6 characters
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 uppercase letter

Must NOT contain:

  • Special Characters
  • Any of your previous 3 passwords

Once you have set your password click ‘Submit’ and you should get a ‘Congratulations’ Message. You should now be able to login to Webex.
