Internet usage is continually updated. The rate of return matches the rate of usage and is, therefore, different for everyone. A 7-day “sliding window” is used to manage usage. Whatever amount your devices transfer now is returned exactly 7 days from now. An hour from now, whatever amount your devices transferred a week ago at that time will be returned. Tomorrow, the amount transferred last week will be returned at the time it was used.
The Internet usage table shows how much information was transferred each day for the last 7 days. It provides an idea of how much will be returned each day over the coming days, at the time it was used. Note that the amount for today includes what has been transferred so far today, as well as the amount from last week that will be returned later today.
