How do I arrange Internet access for a conference or other event?


If you are the director of a workshop, conference or other large event, arrange Internet access for the attendees at the time you make arrangements with the Concordia University Events Manager for room reservations, catering, AV services and other resources. Your event will be assigned an event code that you can publish prominently in the event materials.

When attendees arrive, connect to the Concordia University network and attempt to visit a site on the Internet, they will automatically be directed to a page where they can self-register for Internet access, using the event code.
