Many companies sell directly to students online or through online academic software sites. If you consider this option, be sure to purchase from a reputable site. Not all sites that advertise “educational discounts” are legitimate. See the related question What kind of computer should I buy for college? From time to time, Concordia University might bundle hardware or software with a particular program of study, such as an online graduate program or the Technology Initiative for education students, to ensure that all of the students in the program have access to the same resources. This will be described in the program information.
