If you need to set or reset your CUNE account password, you have two options:

  1. Go to accounts.cune.edu/identify and follow the steps below:
    1. Enter your username, birth month and date, and zip code, then select ‘Lookup’
    2. You will be given the option to receive a call or text to a phone number we have on file.
    3. Enter the code you receive on the next screen and click “Verify”.
    4. Enter and confirm your new password and then click “Save Changes”

  2. Stop by Dunklau 057 with your Concordia ID and we can reset it for you.


If you are a student and need to reset your cune.org email password, please follow the above instructions, as this will reset your email password also.


If you are a student needing to reset your Microsoft Office account password, please send an email to helpdesk@cune.edu from your cune.org email about this and we'll be happy to reset it for you.
