First, be sure they have checked their junk mail folder. They should look for a message from “Chalk and Wire Portfolio”.

Next, if your Mentor cannot find an email with which to access Chalk&Wire, we need to verify that the correct email address has been provided.

Please submit a helpdesk ticket for assistance including the mentor’s name and e-mail address, and your program name (i.e. Ed Admin, C&I, etc.).

Once the e-mail address has been verified, you may use the Retrieve a Lost Invitation option on the Chalk&Wire login page.
