Projector/TV button panels are found at the front of the room, usually on the same wall the projector screen is on, or close to it. There are two types of button panels – one for rooms with a single display, and one for rooms with multiple displays – see attached diagrams.

The panels are relatively simple to use, but here’s a few pointers that aren’t so obvious:

  • The button panels sleep after some time of inactivity. You may need to press a button just to wake it up.
  • When you turn on the projector, it needs to warm up before you can switch inputs. If you try to switch inputs but pushing the button does nothing, just wait a bit – the projector is most likely still warming up.
  • For rooms with at least one TV, Airtame is the only way to connect to the TVs (with a couple exceptions).
  • For information on connecting via Airtame, see our article How do I use Airtame?
  • If you’re having issues with the display or the button panel isn’t working, call the Helpdesk at 402-643-7100. If available, we can send someone to look at it immediately.
