Please use the instructions below to report an email as either Phishing or Junk mail. These instructions are for the Outlook Mobile app. Screenshots were taken using the Android operating system. There are two paths to the same result found during testing, and both are equally effective.

  

Method 1

  1. Navigate to a Junk or Phishing email that you received.
  2. Tap the More Options menu (…) at the top right corner of the screen.



  3.  Then choose Report phishing, Report junk, or Block Sender from the list.



  4. Depending on the selected option, a confirmation window will appear


     

Method 2

  1. Alternately, this option is found by tapping the More Options menu (...) in the To/From section



  2.  Pull up the docked menu to find the Report Message button



  3. Choose to Report as phishing or Report as junk



  4.  Depending on the selected option, a confirmation will appear



 Once reported a ticket will be opened and the email investigated.
