Move your signature from Classic Outlook to Outlook for the Web

Steps to Move Your Signature
1. Copy Your Signature from Classic Outlook
- Open Classic Outlook
- Go to
File
> Options
> Mail
> Signatures
- Alternately, open a new email messages and select Signature > Signatures
- Select the signature you want to move and copy its content
2. Open Outlook for the Web
- Log in to your Outlook for the Web account at https://mail.cune.edu
- Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right corner
- Click on Account on the left side
- From the account menu, select Signatures
- Verify whether your current signature is listed
- If you're signature appears, skip to step 4
- If no signatures are listed, continue
- Press + New signature
- Give the signature a name
3. Paste Your Signature in Outlook for the Web
- In the Email signature section, paste the copied signature from Classic Outlook into the text box
- Customize the signature if needed
- Click
Save
to apply the changes
- Repeat this process if you have more than one signature
4. Select Default Signatures
- Once done saving your signatures in Outlook for the web, scroll to Select default signatures
- Ensure a signature is selected for each section

- For Replies/Forwards
