ScreenPal Best Practices and Support Expectations
CUNE has partnered with ScreenPal to provide video services to faculty, staff, and students. Below are some things to keep in mind if you wish to use this tool.
Availability
ScreenPal is available to all current faculty, staff, and students. To access the tool, go to screenpal.com/cune and log in with your CUNE Microsoft account. Optionally, you may choose to download the application to your device.
Using the Tool
Most things, such as screen recording and editing, can be done via ScreenPal's web application with the link above. There is a desktop application available as well.
- For those with a CUNE-issued device, the ScreenPal desktop application is available for installation in the Company Portal application.
- It may be downloaded on a personal device at the owner's discretion from ScreenPal's website.
Getting Assistance
We recommend reviewing screenpal.com/tutorials for assistance with creating your content. Please understand that Helpdesk has limited knowledge of the product. We will do our best to assist with login or general questions. It never hurts to ask for help.
Transitioning Accounts
If you have purchased a ScreenPal account and created content before the tool was available from CUNE, please open a ticket with the Helpdesk to transition this content to a CUNE account. We will work directly with ScreenPal to transfer content and cancel the unneeded account.
