Chalk & Wire accounts never disappear, but they do expire. This means you can access your account using your username and password, but you cannot add new items or submit new work.
If your account expires before you have completed your program of study, then we will need to renew the account. Please submit an Incident Ticket to the Helpdesk and include:
- Your name
- Program of study
- Graduation Date
- Course name
- Instructor's name
- Screenshot of the error received
Unfortunately, if you have already graduated, we cannot renew your account.
