First, be sure you are correctly spelling your instructor’s name.
Do Not use salutations (i.e. Dr., Mr., Mrs., etc).
If this does not work, please submit a helpdesk ticket for assistance letting them know who you are, what program you’re in, your instructor’s name and the course they teach.
Once the support team has verified the instructor’s information, their name may be added to the assessor list and notify you of the update.
