To register (or re-register) a device for CUNESecure or CUNE network internet access, employees can simply log in and complete this service request form.


Important Notes About Device Registration

  • You will need the MAC address of your device. Please see What is a MAC address and how do I find it on my device? for detailed instructions

  • This process isn't instant, but we try to get it done within a few business hours of receiving the request

  • Registrations expire each year on August 1st (with some exceptions)

  • Personal devices only have Internet access. They cannot access shared folders (e.g. Zeta) or printers.
