A web browser may be used to submit documents for printing (most commonly a Microsoft Word or PDF file).

The following file types are allowed: xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf, txt, pdf, bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff, xps


  1. Visit webprint.cune.edu and login with your CUNE username/password (just firstname.lastname, not @cune.org)

     

  2. Click “Web Print” on the lower left



  3. Click “Submit a job”



  4. Select one of the four printer options.  There is a choice between bw (black and white) or color and between simplex (single-sided) and duplex (double-sided).



  5. Choose the number of copies, and click the button "Upload Documents" (Note: 10 copies will be submitted as 10 separate jobs).



  6. Click “Browse” to select documents (multiple files can be selected at once) and click the "Upload and Complete" button.



  7. Once the status shows "Held in a queue" the files can be printed at any of the Toshiba printers on campus. Swipe your ID card, select "print release" and then you can either select the "release all" button or select individual print jobs to be printed.
