A web browser may be used to submit documents for printing. Doing so saves the print job(s) to a virtual printer and the user may proceed to swipe his/her card at any Toshiba printer on campus to view and print jobs.
Note: The following file types are allowed: xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf, txt, pdf, bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff, xps
Submitting a Print Job

Goto webprint.cune.edu and login with your CUNE account (firstname.lastname)

Navigate to Web Print in the left navigation pane, then click Submit a Job

Select one of the four printer options, then click Print Options
- BW-Duplex: black and white, double-sided (cheapest)
- BW-Simplex: black and white, single-sided
- Color-Duplex: color, double-sided
- Color-Simplex: color, single-sided (most expensive)

Enter the number of copies, then click Upload Documents
Note: 10 copies will be submitted as 10 separate jobs

Click Browse or drag-and-drop your files into the box, then click Upload and Complete
- It will upload the documents and automatically navigate back to the print queue page. Here you can see the status of your print job(s). Once the status shows "Held in a queue" the files can be printed at any of the Toshiba printers on campus by swiping your ID card or logging in with your CUNE credentials.
Note: Print jobs are stored for 24 hours, then automatically deleted if not printed. Not all printers on campus are color printers; the printers in Janzow and Link Library are color printers.
- Color/black & white and single/double sided
- Number of pages to be printed (included all copies for off documents submitted)
- Total cost for the print job
- Print job status. You can cancel your print job by clicking Held in a queue.
- When you swipe your card at a printer, you can select Print Release to select which print jobs you want to print, or select Print All/Release All
