1. Download Blackboard Collaborate Recordings for Long-Term Storage
    1. Enter the course where the recording was made from.
    2. Access the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra Tool through a Course Link or a content link.
    3. Click on the top left corner menu icon of the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra screen.
    4. Then click on Recordings.
    5. The following screen will show recent recordings (recordings made in the past 30 days)
      1. If the recording you are looking for is not listed, you may use the search icon on the top right-hand corner if you remember the name of the recording.
      2. Otherwise, use the filter by drop-down menu, select the recordings in a range option, and enter a date range.
    6. Once the recording is located, click on the recording options button located on the right of the recording information.
    7. Click on the download option. This will download the recording to the default download folder.

    8. If OneDrive is setup in your computer, move the downloaded recording from your download default folder to the video folder located in your OneDrive.

    9. If OneDrive is not setup in your computer, go to https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin/ and user your CUNE credentials to log in. Once you log in, click on the videos folder.

    10. Then, upload the downloaded recording by using the upload button located at the top or by dragging your recording to the Videos folder.
    11. If OneDrive is set up in your computer, right click on the recording file and then click on the share option.

    12. If you had to log in to OneDrive in the previous step, scroll to the recording and click on the share option.
    13. Then, click on the “People you specify can view” menu and select the “Anyone with the link” option. You can also modify settings such as allow editing, set an expiration date for the link, or set a password to see the file.
    14. Click “apply” to save the link sharing settings. 
    15. Then, click on the copy link option. This will generate the shareable link to the recording.

    PLEASE DO NOT USE THE “BROWSE CLOUD STORAGE” OPTION WHEN ATTACHING VIDEOS AS THIS WILL CREATE A COPY OF THE VIDEO IN BLACKBOARD AND WE WILL RUN AGAIN INTO STORAGE ISSUES.
