[Windows 11] CUNESecure Wireless Connection
If you are
experiencing an issue connecting or reconnecting to the CUNESecure network,
please follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection. This process places
the device in and out of Airplane mode, forgetting the network and reconnecting
to it. Sometimes you are prompted to reconnect and it's easy to forget the
network credentials. We'll start by connecting to the network.
Connect to the
CUNESecure network
-
Open the QuickSettings menu by clicking on the network icon

Click the > symbol to Manage Wi-Fi connections

- Click on the
CUNESecure network
- Connect
automatically should be checked

Click the Connect
button

- A prompt about the
connection will appear

Press Connect again

When prompted for
the username and password enter the following:
- Username: concordia
- Password: concordia
-
Click OK

- Another security
prompt may appear

Click Connect
![]()
-
CUNESecure should
now connect

- Verify your Internet
connection is working by opening a web page
Use Airplane Mode to
Reset the Connection

Open the QuickSettings menu by clicking on the network icon

Click on the
Airplane mode button to turn it on

- Wait a minute to
allow the antennas to turn off
- Press the Airplane
mode button again to turn it back on
- Attempt to reconnect
and see if the situation is resolved
Forget the
CUNESecure network

Open the Quick
settings menu by clicking on the network icon

Click the >
symbol to Manage Wi-Fi connections

- Right-click the name
of the CUNESecure connection

Select Forget

- The connection will
disconnect
- Refer to the steps
at the beginning of this article to reconnect
