All Toshiba multifunction copiers are under contract with a third party, called Bishop Business. This contract includes all repair and maintenance, including toner and paper replenishment.


Each device is assigned a contact person within Concordia University's staff. This individual will contact Bishop when service or maintenance is required. If the name and email are not readily available, you may contact the IT Helpdesk to relay details of a new problem.


When an issue is discovered, please reach out to the copier's designated contact person or contact Bishop directly.

  • Power the device off
  • Unplug any cables
  • Move the device
  • Open any drawers or trays
    • There is a bypass tray on the side for your own paper
  • Attempt to clear any paper jams
