You can contact IT services in a number of different ways:

  1. On this page, click the red New Ticket button in the upper-right corner to let us know about any technical problems, questions, or requests that you may have.
  2. Walk-ins are welcome! Find us in Dunklau 053 - in the southwest corner of Dunklau basement.
  3. Call our Helpdesk line at 402-643-7100.


Please do not email IT employees directly with general questions. If you do not want to submit a ticket from our support portal, you can email helpdesk@cune.edu instead.
